Stardom Bound, a champion as a juvenile, was also sold privately this spring. She is now a 4-year-old filly by Tapit – My White Corvette, by Tarr Road, who retired from racing with $1,861,610 in purse earnings and a record of 5-3-1 from 12 starts.
     For IEAH Stables, Stardom Bound made seven starts and posted a record of 2-1-1 ($441,010). Those starts included wins in the Grade 1 Las Virgenes Stakes and Santa Anita Oaks in 2009. Her final start was an unplaced finish in her only career turf attempt at Keeneland in April of this year.
